Quality Assurance Manager -Defines, develops, and implements Seanic's product quality assurance strategy, at all phases of product realization. Manages department and overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate work performance. Ensures delivery against QA department goals and objectives coordinates the overall quality assurance schedule. Maintains product consistency throughout product cycle, to include the design, and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing. Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams. Implements ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.  Anticipates job/project release problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments. Establish and maintain documentation policy for all Seanic products and services. Reviews documentation before transmission or delivery to External Customers. Audits vendors/suppliers. The Quality Assurance Manager shall have a minimum of five years' experience actively managing a QA Program. Strong Problem Solving Skills, Communications and People Skills are required. The Quality Assurance Manager shall have education or equivalent practical experience commensurate with the job requirements.

Offshore ROV Tooling Technician -performs complex assembly and test of hydraulic systems and mechanical systems offshore. The Offshore ROV Tooling Technician will frequently be involved in customer service or support of Seanic manufactured equipment or other equipment and systems. Short notice travel to both onshore and offshore sites will be required. The Offshore ROV Tooling Technician will be responsible for general work site and shop cleanliness as well as plant maintenance as may be required on a daily or periodic basis. The Offshore ROV Tooling Technician will be required to pick-up and deliver to local shops as needed, while working onshore. The Offshore ROV Tooling Technician will have a strong technical background in hydraulic and mechanical subsea systems and adequate supporting education, a strong supporting work ethic and able to demonstrate technical skills are mandatory.

Lead Engineer will be the technical/engineering team leader for all assigned activities, in conjunction with the design engineering functions; Collaborate with and mentor engineers and designers in the performance of their day to day activities; assist, as needed, in troubleshooting engineering/design deficiencies. Actively communicate the VP Engineering's policies, plans, and intentions, as directed; collaborate with the VP Engineering in prioritization and assignment of work; handle most aspects of administrative supervision (time and pay matters, HR policy implementation, etc.); coordinate, maintain, improve and develop documentation and procedures for the engineering/design team; assist the VP Engineering in reviewing and identifying engineering support needs, training, and personnel requirements; work effectively with coworkers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive, positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress and issues; and maintain commitment to a high standard of safety and a culture of quality. Must be a degreed engineer with substantial subsea engineering work experience, strong interpersonal skills, and some engineering management experience.

Project Manager - Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a project from inception to customer acceptance, within schedule, budget and quality requirements assigned.  Management of vendors and subcontractors as well as coordinating Seanic's company resources and capabilities. The PM shall be responsible for reporting project status to the Lead Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Seanic's officers on a periodic basis defined by the project charter.  PM will serve as the primary point of contact with the customer during the length of the project.  Ideal candidate will have two or more years experience in managing subsea related projects.  Experience with ROV's and ROV tooling is desirable. Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel is required.

Mechanical Engineer - Mechanical design and engineering of Subsea tooling and equipment for various industries.  Involves working with SolidWorks CAD and CosmosWorks FEA software to generate and evaluate complex designs and drawings on varied degrees of design criteria.  Collaborate with other Engineers, Designers and Drafters during design process.  Project level interaction required between Project Managers, Purchasing and Accounting to ensure successful completion of multiple projects.  Adhere to Quality Policies and use proper document control.  Should have strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of the principles of hydraulic and mechanical design.  Other duties may include documentation, data books, quality plans, operations and maintenance manuals as well as FAT and SIT documents.
